KBW's Comments:
The pics are of roses growing in Canada so not of much use for Pakistani growers, however, Chicago Peace which is a sport of Peace is available in Pakistan and in many ways, may behave closer to his father which is a popular rose in Pakistan. It would be interesting to see the the pics of Chicago Peace growing in Pakistan.

KBW's Comments
Please note the difference in colour. In cooler climate, Chicago Peace has mild colours, pink and cream. In hot climate, the colours get dark and more showy, indeed looking more beautiful though the size of bloom seems to have reduced a bit. I would say that Chicago Peace in darker and brigher colours growing in Islamabad looks more beautiful. What do you guys reckon?

No its Chicago Peace. Flaming peace is just like Ronald Regan( Bejazo) , Candella. KBW these roses are red with silver reverse petals. They so much near one can not differentiate among thses. Flaming Peace is a red with reverse white petal Sport of the True Peace.
Roses have been hybridized to such extent that its very difficult to exactly ID.I think i don,t have Flaming Peace. Some times color looks slightly different which is due to weather & location of the bush.

KBW Comments
Extra large size highly fragrant flowers on giant size bushes which were 6-8 ft in size. 5" was the average bloom size and there were many which were even bigger, like 6-6.5". That is a huge size. But there are other roses also which have extra large flowers and strong fragrance. What makes SBP special is the bloom shade, a viloet looking purple..... a very special shade indeed.

I wonder what would be SBP's shade in hot Pakistani climate. Does any member own a SBP??
