This is heat..!! dry heat... don't worry.. they will be thriving by December end inshaAllah...

I can see spider mites in the last picture I think. Wet your finger, and wipe the underside of that leaf. See what you get on your finger and report!

Leaves in last two images seems to be infected by spider mites.

Yes! they are affected but you think that would be the reason behind it?

Reason for what? Discoloration and droping of leaves?
For last two leaves you uploaded , yes it is the reason.

Iceberg rose tips are getting brown and gradually leaves are wilting. New growth also seems to be affected. Any Help?

Another problem is that the rose leaves are developing with unnecessary shape.

This is normal for roses in pots in Karachi... if you group plants similar to its size then this problem can be minimized... this is not a disease IMHO...

Now my whole bush (first one) is getting wilted and leaves are falling off. New growth is dangerously effected and new buds and leaves are falling off also. Is it some type of chemical burn? I am asking because for past few months I am spraying garlic and little NPK 20:20:20 and little dishwashing liquid mixed with water.
