Pesticide/Fungicide

Post by Mustansir Billah »

For package information I wanted to know that what pesticides and fungicides are used by the members. I know that some of the members have given the names of pesticides/fungicide before but that information is scattered in the forum. So, for the easiest information access I wanted to make this separate post. Members are requested to tell:-
1. What are they using as Pesticide/Fungicide. It can be organic or inorganic.
2. Mention the general purpose as well as special purpose and mention the brand name.
3. The Pesticide/Fungicide presently in use.
4. The most effective one in his/her Experience.
5. Senior as well as junior members are requested to post reply.

Dear Mustansir, your idea is very good but this is slightly an uncomfortable topic. It is a public forum after all. If an amateur gardener tries something without understanding the instructions on the label, chances are that he/she might hurt himself and the poor plant as well. This is exactly like we post the names of medicines here for human diseases without asking the doctor :-)

I agree to Farooq sahab.
And in favor of Mustansir, because as a newbie I want to know abt pest control, there types both organic and in organic, there cost is also an imporatnt issue to be kept in mind, coz no one wants to be fooled by the shop keeper.
Now to Farooq sahab, yes what you said is also correct in a way, and sir seniors like you can do in this regard, they can teach us, what to use when to use and how to use iand in what quantity, with proper safety.
