AoA first of all check out the variety whether its fit for your climate or not.secondly if possible check the PH of your soil.oranges love 3-4 PH.so they are highly acidic lovers.add some old cow manure & NPK 17,17,17 in the start of the spring.remove all the new fruits this year to improve the health of the plants.after spring apply NPK in moon soon.Inshallah your plants will recover.

I have two orange plants 4 year old. They found a place in my garden as Nagpuri Sangtras but have turned out to be Maltas. This is the second time, The first ones proved to be Early Fruiters. Soon they will also be up rooted and replaced by Bananas.
