Problem With Roses

please check that what is happening to the roses. are they lacking anything like fertilizer or they caught in any kind of disease. new leaves are bit curly and not well shaped. also looked dull in color please guide

keenly observe the rose for the spider mite attack. Spider mites are very small insects.

It also may be excess heat or over watering

There could be mites and for them you need to spray regularly...
OR
Roots are rotting... you need to take the plant out, wash the soil and remove the rotten part.. re-plant in small container with only plain soil, once it started growing, change the pot to a bigger one...

Problem is the other name of Rose.

Imran do you sprinkle water over the bushes in evening. It seems you water in the evening.Also check the soft tips for aphids.Also check as other friends said for spider mites if the leaves are rusty.

Umar Bhai this rose is looking to be attacked by some fungus disease as you said watering the plant and wetting leaves in evening could be the cause? If there some small or big webs on the plant then its also attacked by spider mites as said by @Izhar. Presence of web can confirm the mites attack.

I deeply inspected the plants. i couldn't find any web or spiders. as said by Umar Sb i usually watered them in evening because i have to go office in morning. Aphids were there as i showed them in one of my previous post. i sprayed them with "Karaty" and i think it may be the result of that spray.

Imran sb. in my limited knowledge about roses as Umar sb. Said it could be fungus and as said by Izhar bhai it can probably be root rot as you have confirmed the absence of spider mites. Did you add any type of fertilizer to your rose previously?

No its sprinkling the water in the late hours.There is clear white powder in one pictures plus black spots.Stop sprinkling water over the foliage.Just water the base dont make the plant we specially in the evening & in late hours.You may get some more information on net about black spot & Powdery mildew.

I dont see any black spot disease symptoms on the leaves.
