My motia plant is suffering from some kind of pest attac.
Can expert guide me which kind of worm are they and how can I protect my plant from it.

Pests are not clear, my observation says they are red spider mites as I also can see web. Clear it from keenly inspection of ur plant.

Motia is generally very hardy plant so, when watering water over the leaves as well.
