Munir Sahib,
Below is an image of 'Arabicum' Adeniums. They are more likely to survive in our cold winters months (December, January & February) as compared to common Adeniums and their cordex is also more thicker. These are currently available in Islamabad (a nursery located in Peshawar mor). Infact a few day ago i was able to add 4 more 'Arabicums' in my collection courtesy Kaleem Sahib.

These Arabicums are ungrafted and are currently being sold for Rs 1500 each. With bargaining the price can be reduced to Rs 1200.

Prices are more or less the same but Arabicum are not so common here in Pakistan. Yes it's practical to grow them from seeds but it would require at-least 4 years to attain this size.

That's quite a difference from the Rs 1500 quoted earlier!
