Take it as a quiz.
The catch word is MY.
Just say what comes to your mind.

Let me re- direct the question.
For those who have a garden with all sorts of plants and a lawn to sit and enjoy.
What fertiliser, how much and when do you use for your lawn?

Now the quiz is easier...
Consider this as as a hobbyist's reply: Occasional use of urea, DAP, and manure.
I preferred (cow) manure, but it came with a price i.e. plenty of weeds. Urea is weed free, I used to simply sprinkle small amount of urea beads and water the lawn thoroughly. Lets see what others use and we can learn from each other.

Why such a poor response to such a simple but meaningful question?
The answer I am looking for is what you do and why and not what the book says.
Please oblige

Aoa Arif sb these days lawn needs good watering.By good watering i mean water it when ever the lawn is in need of watering.Too much watering can cause fungus which appears in brown spots in the lawn.Fertilizer its the time when lawn needs Nitrogen & urea once a month with trace elements. After application of urea water it deeply. Its not the time to apply Phosphates which is to be given to the lawn in winter as it develops strong root system.
Moving matters too much close moving can cause cause fungus & can also dry the stem of the grass so never keep the mover to the level of zero or even on the first step.Proper moving, proper watering & proper fertilizers are the key to a beautiful green lawn turf.Sir Arif maintaining a beautiful green lawn is the most challeging job in gardening specially in these hot days is,t it. My view point is dont go for too much annuals but keep the lawn alive these days.
