i have many pots of flowers, veggies and much more.... from some days i m seeing nearly 1.5 inches long insects in my pots ... i think ye khakhajoorey key bachy hen jo aksar washrooms ya geeli jaghon par hoty hen plzzzz help what shall i do???

they must be earthworms. Share images for confirmation. If earthworms harmless to you and plants.
If centipedes/millipedes, harmless to plants but not to you. Annihilate manually.

i think they are millipedes because now a days it is their season they appear in moon soon.my garden garden is filled with red millipedes now a days...but they are harmless.

ok i will share pictures ,,i think you r right these are millipedes.... but farhan i am sure they are not earth worms. but hammad in your pictures they are very long, jo me ne apney pots men dekhy they wo nearly one and half in ches they.
