1) When the flower is finished cut the stalk back from three to four internodes, don't just pluck the flower
do i need to cut the flower remains from a little back?? 5-6 inches down , it will also cut some newly grown leaves

2) Tilling is beneficial, keeping a distance from the main stem about 5-6 inches till the top soil after every 20 days or so, keep the plant dry for a day then water it
this one i cant understand at all

3) Use chemical fertilizer say a balance NPK general formula in 1/4th of the recommended strength every week
how to do this? where can i find the NPK formula? whats the recommended strength

4) Pruning is a must for flower production, the months of pruning roses are March, July and October (based on my own experience)
what is purning?

5) Thin and weak shoots should be cut first, dont allow them to branch out as they will produce low quality blooms
how to identify these parts?

6) Spray with pesticide lightly every 15 days, in the evening
Which pesticide tp use? i got one from maali it burnt my leaves and flowers turned to white shade.

The fading seasonal flowers can be due to following reasons:

1) The nutrients are depleted in the medium they are growing in
what does this mean ?

2) The faded flowers are still on the plants and the energy is going in the developing seeds
this is happening in new plants , i guess its pitonia and pancy seasonal flowers.

3) The water supply is from boring water with high salt content
no we get normal water

4) The plant is on last stage of its life cycle
its new plant only 7-8 leaves are there .

1) maximum 4 inches back, dont worry about the loss of some developing shoots, they will be weak and not worth growing

2) Tilling is Godi in Urdu, loosing up the top soil with garden trowel or small spade.. it helps air to penetrate the soil and promotes root growth

3) Engro fertilizers have a 17:17:17 NPK formula in granular form. You can purchase it from the Gardening stores in front of old subzi mandi, university road. For a sq.foot 20-30 granules approx will be fine, in pots 2-3 granules per inch of diameter e.g. for 12 inch diameter pot 20-30 granules approx

4) Pruning is cutting the over grown branches of a plant, it keeps the plant in shape, eradicates pests, promotes branching and blooming

5) You have to observe your plant for this, you will see some shoots to be strong and producing big and healthy leaves while some are thinner and most likely unable to sustain their own weight and tend to bend, these weak shoots should be cut down as they wont produce good blooms

6) Purchase any all purpose pesticide from the gardening shop, strictly follow the "how to use" instructions, 2-3 ml pesticide per liter of water is a general concentration. Always spray in the evening, before spraying the plant must be well water at least 4 hours before spray

Fading seasonal flowers:

1) Plants make their own food with the help of sunlight, water and Carbon dioxide, for this process they need some chemicals which are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Kallium (Potassium). When concentration of these chemicals in soil depletes we have to apply fertilizers containing all these NPK. By the term "medium" I meant the soil they are growing in.

Are your plants under full sun??
