hello guyz,
this is 6th rose and and it's burning after 1st day of blooming....if you can't see pic clearly then letme know bcoz i used my mobile for more clear i'll use camera if you want

And this soil of my rose plant


and this happening with all of my flowers

and also i sow green chilies seeds and now it's 11th day nothing happened i'm watering them regularly

I guess you are under watering your plants. The soil of your pot is literally bone dry. Unfavourable temperature is another factor. If there is construction going on, probably the highly alkaline cement dust is injuring the plants as well.

no construction out there...i guess...and i'm watering them regularly do i need to water them twice????if so i'll and what do you mean by Unfavourable temperature???i'm from karachi

The soil should be moist to touch, not wet or totally dry before you re water them. What is the weather like in Karachi these days? If all flowers petals are burning in the same pattern this means that it not a disease but more likely an unfavourable watering pattern. I see construction going on in the pictures- hence the concern about cement dust

The pot is way too small in size, now a days there is a marked fluctuation in day and night temperatures and the roots are getting damaged due to this... upgrade the pot using a good potting medium.. water once daily in the morning only.. do not use any fertilizer other than ojhri ki khaad
