Izhar Sb the fertilizer is the same as of my roses as I am working on organic fertilizer for my plants. And this process is not only giving good fertilizer but has increased soil drainage manifolds. And soil is very soft and fluffy and well aerated.
As of dahlia I purchased these plants prepared from nursery and around 12 plants grown by me are making buds and about to bloom. But I am planning to discard these Indian Dahlia's next season. As there flower can not tolerate the dew and they need to be covered at night for there flowers to bloom properly and stay fresh also. (What's ur opinion for dahlia)
As of petunia I forcing them to grow properly first to cover the ground and then bloom. And the process that I learned from my experience is plant them and don't give them water they will grow there foliage to maximum. And if u want flowers early simply water them regularly
And gladz are blooming but not in the manner they should have done and the reason is whenever I purchase glades bulbs from Pride seeds they don't bloom well and bulbs purchased from Sunny Seeds always grow very well

Here dew factor doesn't disturb dahlia blooms at all... you are doing the right thing by making the soil healthy.. Holding water in petunia works well for me too.. which variety of petunia is this?? i usually go for 'Falcon' series which is very early blooming and uniform i.e. they bloom and grow at same time.. I have also tried 'Prism' series red color, it is also early but blooming is comparatively less then 'Falcon'.. I also planted 'Merlin' blue morn and red morn, they grew vegetatively first and now started blooming, they are almost 1 month late bloomers but they have reputation of blooming the longest... Falcon and Prism are Grandiflora while Merlin is multiflora.. I watered my petunias on Sunday and last night there was light rain so they will not get water till Thursday..

Okay now i understand the short blooming stalk of galdiolus, keep the plants in their growing location until the foliage dries out in April.. dig up the corms and store them, you will have inshaAllah much better results from next season and onwards... also dont plant them early like in October... plant them in mid November for best results...

No doubt, are these currently in bloom?
The source of bulbs?
I recommend a 10 inch pot for each.
