Kindly identify the problem with this plant

too much salt in water and small pot could be the two major factors...

Thank you sir. There are total 6 plants only 2 bigger one creating this problem water is same for all. Can it be over watering problem or some nutrient deficiency?

The pot is small for them and as now the temperatures are changing so you need slight larger pots for them...
