Re: hibiscus
I am debating planting tropical hibiscus rooted cutting in soil beds towards end of June. Is this advisable keeping in view the heat and the soon to come lengthy monsoon? Would it be better to pot them and keep in shade or filtered light through the summer then baby them in a greenhouse over winter before planting them in beds in full sun? Just want to get an idea how easy is it o kill small hibiscus plants? Phew!

Re: hibiscus
Rooted cuttings should be first planted individually in pots, keeping them in dappled sunlight and once there is enough new growth (say after a month) they are ready for the bed...

Not the disco belle seeds.. the disco belle seeds were purchased from Thompson and Morgan (UK).. it was the yellow hibiscus.. do you want seeds of that yellow one??
