Sir The roses i shared of Academy.........They are in fact in worse condition than what you are showing.......life less....seem badly abused and no body can say that they can revive again....when i asked the head mali. He said that they will prune them in September and everything will be back to normal...they only spray something for thripes(he said teliya) and nothing else
Usr Bayer,s Baytan Foliar.it fights both types,the Powderly mildew as well as the Downy mildew.Powderly attacks when the weather is warm & wet.Downy attacks when nights are cool & wet.
I am not that much expert on roses.but light prune is needed in August if required to improve air circulation to min fungus attack.in early spring hard pruning is required in order to get new wood growth.modern roses flower on new wood.the old roses do not need pruning.
