AOA,i have just potted the 2-3 feet lemon plant in a container also having fruits on it.My container both Depth and width are 1 feet.It is a suitable size container???????

Bigger the better......i think 24 inch pot would be better

You have just potted it obviously from a smaller pot. Do not disturb it now, change to a bigger pot next year.

Generally speaking you want to go up on pot size graually, preferab;y by one inch. This develops a healthy root system. Too small a plant in too big a pot will cause root diseases and a generally poor root system.
