Planting seeds for spring

When should we start sowing various seeds in Lahore and when should it end?.

Once i started in September and all seeds catch damp-off desease after they sprout, i believe when temp range 20 min. to 30 max would be good i.e in October mid to November start. I normally keep a thermometer which record max. min. in a day, sensor is placed near plants in shade to help me monitor this closely. For bulbs temp should be further low with some exceptions.
